Where can I register?

Registration is attained exclusively online through the official website “3RD IHAS 2021” at  www.2021.ihealthyagings.org

How can I register?

After accessing the website, you can register on the “3RD IHAS 2021” and Altis Grand Hotel meals by Duarte Alves, through the “Registration” menu. Registration on the post summit course is made directly on the “post summit course” menu: select the appropriate option (“General Public”; “Professional”; Student), depending on the possibilities of participation in the In-person or Live Streaming formats.

Registration occurs by clicking directly on the product you wish to purchase in the “REGISTRATION” item in the menu of the website.

Participation on the post summit course by Dr. Tom O’Bryan, Sunday, September 5th, 2021, with a duration of 8 hours (+ 4.5 hours online, optional and included in the registration fee, accounting for 12.5 hours) does not require the registration on the “3RD IHAS 2021”.

Who can register?

 I. “General Public”

Participation allowed to those interested in knowing more on good practices and technical-scientific knowledge in the areas of Health Promotion and Healthy Aging, current edition being focused on autoimmune diseases and the Immune System, within the scope of the United Nations’ “Decade of Healthy Ageing 2021-2030”.

(After registration, you may be asked for a PDF or image from a valid personal identification document, such as a Citizen’s Card, Driving License or Passport).

 

II. “Professional Profile”

(After registration, you will be asked to provide proof on the professional license, in PDF or image, or proof/diploma of completion of the degree).

  • Acupuncture

(After registration, you will be asked to provide proof on the professional license, in PDF or image, or proof/diploma of completion of the degree).

 

4. Professionals dealing with Support Practices for Healthy Aging and Health Promotion

  • Caregivers, health care providers and social workers (Social Assistance): after registration the following documents can be provided as proof; documentation attesting the caregiver or health care provider status; certificate of qualifications/diploma of the degree on Social Service)
  • Nutrition and Food Service professionals (after registration, the following documents can be provided as proof: certificate attesting that you are an agricultural producer and/or other professionals in the food sector; certificate of qualifications/diploma of the degree on Food Engineering).
  • Physical Exercise and Sports (after registration, you will be asked to provide a proof on the professional status, namely the diploma on Physical Education and Sports; Sports Science. Physical Exercise and Sports professionals, Coaches and Personal Trainers will be considered upon presentation of proof of professional status).
  • Ozone Therapy (participants will be asked to provide a certificate on the professional agreement dealing with the clinical activity of Ozone Therapy and/or presentation of a membership card of any national or international Ozone Therapy association).
  • Biofeedback (participants will be asked to provide a certificate on the professional agreement dealing with the clinical activity of Biofeedback and/or presentation of a membership card of any of the national or international Biofeedback associations or related areas).
  • Colon Hydrotherapy (participants will be asked to provide a certificate on the professional agreement dealing with the clinical activity of Colon Hydrotherapy and/or presentation of a membership card of any of the national or international associations of Colon Hydrotherapy or related areas).
  • Neural Therapy (participants will be asked to provide a certificate on the professional agreement dealing with the clinical activity of Neural Therapy and/or presentation of a membership card of any of the national or international Neural Therapy associations or related areas).

How much is the registration?

1. In-person registration

1.a) General Public: 380 EUR

1.b) Professional: 340 EUR

1.c) Student: 240 EUR

 

2. Live Streaming Subscription | Live

2.a) General Public: 280 EUR

2.b) Professional: 240 EUR

2.c) Student: 160 EUR

 

Post Summit Course by Dr. Tom O’Bryan | 8 hours (+4.5 hours online included in the price): 580 EUR

 

 Applications are submitted exclusively through the website and validated according to the procedure described in FAQ “How can I register?”.

What if I make a wrong registration?

In case a wrong typology of registration is selected, the Organization should be contacted immediately via email: suporte@ihealthyagings.org.

Submission of registration in typologies leading to the payment of a lower amount due to proven involuntary error, does not incur the payment of administrative fees added to the amount that will have to be paid for its correction (for example: wrong purchase of the product “Professional” instead of the “General Public” product).

What follows registration and payment?

After making the payment, you will receive an email with the statement of the products and purchases made.

To participate in the post-summit course by Dr. Tom O’Bryan, Sunday, September 5, 2021, with a duration of 8 hours (+ 4.5 hours online optional and included in the registration fee), registration in the “3RD IHAS 2021” is not mandatory.

Within a maximum period of up to 5 working days and once the compliance of the submitted data and the selected registrations option has been validated, an access voucher will be issued, together with the Invoice-Receipt.

Any additional information related to the “3RD IHAS 2021” that aims to improve the experience and accessibility of its participants will be communicated by email and, when appropriate, also disclosed on the official networks of the International Healthy Aging Summit (Facebook and Instagram).

What paying methods are accepted?

Your convenience and the security of your online transactions and payments are our priority. For this reason, we offer you the following payment methods

1 – ATM Reference: personal, non-transferable and conveyed directly to the order placed.
