Degree in Marketing and Advertising, Duarte Alves was dedicated to Healthy Cooking and Nutrition from an early age
He has carried out training and courses in National, International, Egg-Lacto-Vegetarian, Macrobiotic and Vegan Cuisine, as well as in Hygiene and Food Safety.
He completed the postgraduate studies of the Advanced Course in Clinical and Functional Nutrition at NutriScience – Education & Consulting.
In Hotels and Restaurants, he was Chef in 4 and 5 star Hotels.
Duarte Alves carries out integrated food counseling and re-education services for individuals and companies, Personal & Corporate NutriChef, with ShowCookings, Lectures and NutriBreaks.
